I have been thinking a lot about this blog world and why I originally created mine. It was a way to connect or stay connected with the friends and people I have met while at art retreats or other bloggers. I have not really connected or been that great of a blogger. I can use the old excuse my work and life have become too busy, but that is lame. I read people's blogs, but I often don't comment and then if by chance I am somewhere and see them...I am too embarrassed to say, "Hello I love your blog"...because I had never commented before. Dumb I know.
When I participate in on-line classes I don't always actively participate in the boards, and I don't always finish. Well this year I am going to try and connect. If I read someones blog I am going to try comment occasionally. I know I love comments. I am going to actively participate in my classes...I am going to connect! So that is my word for 2012....connect. I like it better already. I see people visiting my blog and often wonder how or why do they stop by...so if you are here leave me a comment and tell me how you got here...no pressure but if you have the time I would love to know.
Maybe that is why Facebook is so easy...You just click the little "like" button a small easy way to say hey... I hear you and I don't have to type a little code.
